Covid-19 has made businesses rethink their offering and strategies. We have worked with our client Hospital Plodnost to drive digital transformation to improve both their business outcomes and their quality of patient care. Our processes have revolutionised the way their services, experiences and products are designed, developed and delivered.
Our first milestone was to digitalise offline-to-online patient journey, to deliver a modern multi-lingual website to support booking online appointments and doctors consultation for ultimate customer satisfaction that contributes to business growth.
Our next milestone was automation that helps improve patient outcomes by supporting technological advancements, making processes more efficient and effective. We have prioritised Molecular Department and implemented digital COVID Certificates with QR codes that are being sent out to patience via email and as well text message notification that their results are ready. The automation improved patient satisfaction and the patient experience in a variety of ways. For example, patients can no longer miss their appointment and waiting hours have been significantly reduced.

Driving growth with digital marketing
We helped Hospital Plodnost make core transformations in marketing strategy and operations to power growth through digital advantage. Digital marketing is no longer about merely adding online channels to the media mix; it is about integrating digital into all facets of marketing.
Our work was primarily in two core areas:
- To drive higher sales productivity and other performance gains through digital marketing. This shift involves mastering multichannel to generate distinctive and practical insights from digital sources as a starting point to develop new contact strategies, streamline planning and execution processes, and upgrade internal capabilities.
- To integrate the flow of the customer experience across channels (e.g., face-to-face, telephone), opening up new lead sources, supporting sales for smaller-value transactions, and creating new models for service.
Our strategic approach was to analyse and restructure a client’s mix of channels to have a more prominent low-cost digital offering that could reach and serve new market segments.


10 years Hospital Plodnost campaign
Campaign for successful 10 years existence of Hospital Plodnost involved both traditional and digital marketing for maximum coverage. Our traditional marketing strategy involved producing a 3minute full video to represent the experienced staff and a special message from the founder, that was translated in Albanian and additional 3 short videos that have been used by media tv productions in N. Macedonia. Professional photography and videography for #10_години_плодност that showcase our clients brand values and give an insight into the business journey.
We have decided to go with billboard advertising as well, to raise awareness of our 10 years advertising campaign and leave a lasting impression.
For our digital marketing strategy across multi channels we produced a different campaign having children as target focus. The motto is a visual presentation of a 10 year success story represented by the children born in Hospital Plodnost. Children were aged from 1 to age 10 years old, dressed in T-shirts with their age number printed on colourful baby hands monogram representing a symbol of child's joy, new life and happiness!

In a world where user-generated content is picking up more and more steam, patient testimonials are huge. A social media stand that has been designed for all year around and specially decorated for special events such as Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, summer season etc.

We have designed branded merchandise that our client can give away to staff, patients and prospects. Promotional items like custom pens, tote bags, mugs and t-shirts are useful items that patients will appreciate –customised with brand logo and message to make it memorable.
